Target would fit in a shopping center......

Target does not fit next to the hotel and fancy existing subdivision. Acres of parking and a big box store would be an ugly gateway to the City of Scotts Valley. The view from Hwy. 17 would say: "We have no idea what we are doing or planning."

Target would go well as part of the new Town Center.....Or...... Target can wait for K-Mart to finish going downhill, and move there after they vacate, where there is already a big building and plenty of parking.

I can also see Target somewhere on SV Drive. The proposed location by Hwy. 17 would not be attractive and it is likely to cause a traffic nightmare that would never end. - Alvin Vanne
