Sometimes change does way more harm than good. I share your concerns about the trafic impact that Target would bring to this community. Maybe the proponents of Target have not researched the impact Target (Big Box) has on small towns. There is a plethora of information available. It's not always a pretty picture. Change on the other hand can be good if careful consideration is given to the change. Many exciting options could be considered for the La Madrona property that would not have the negative impact of a BIG BOX.
