Please, please, people of Felton and the SLV, please focus on the environmental problems with the site. To me, the likely damage to the local environment is the real issue. This project, if built, will be around for 150 years or longer. There is inadequate storm drainage, no use of the SLVWD water system that many of you fought for, no safe public sewer system, and inadequate space and poor soils for on-site sewage disposal (read that as fancy treatment plant and drainfields.)
