A letter to the editor from Margo Felldin in Scotts Valley
EDITOR,
I have waited at the intersection of Graham Hill Road and Lockewood Lane for more than five minutes to get on Graham Hill Road. I contacted the county of Santa Cruz in October 2007 regarding a traffic light or stop sign at this intersection. I was told the project would start in May or June 2008.
I contacted them again last month. The environmental report has not yet been completed for this project. Once the reports are complete, they have to be submitted to Caltrans and the County Planning Department for review and approval.
Now, the time frame is March, depending on the weather. I just hope we don’t have a major accident before the traffic light is installed.
