Why are not all of the arrests appearing in the Press Banner? There were at least four arrests for public intoxication within close proximity to the Covered Bridge Park (one individual was arrested twice within a two day span!).

If we are to get an honest view of what is transpiring within the town of Felton regarding crime, then we need to know all the facts of what has occurred with the arrests reported by Sgt. Habermehl's office.
