I would like to thank the community and school district of San Lorenzo Valley for the overwhelming show of support and encouragement during my illness with leukemia.
In particular, I wish to acknowledge the students, staff (my work family), and parents of SLV Middle School for the many cards, photos, phone calls, posters and origami cranes to hang from my ceiling and so much more.
My family and I are blessed to live in this wonderful community with so many caring people. We will be forever grateful to you all.
