Kinley Poole, a student in Heather Burke's second-grade class at Baymonte Christian School mans her ice cream shop as part of Burkesville. The students buy and sell good with "city bucks" during the class' week-long project. The students built shops raning from a police station to an aquarium and ice cream shop - and kept balance sheets, and paid rent utilities each day during the week.
