4:06 a.m.: A man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol when deputies stopped his vehicle at the intersection of Glen Arbor Lane and Highway 9 in Ben Lomond.
Midnight: A man was arrested and placed on a probation hold when deputies found him drunk on the roadside on the 10100 block of East Zayante Road in Felton.
Midnight: A man was arrested for a suspected violation of the terms of his probation on the 200 block of Leafwood Drive in Boulder Creek.
1:47 a.m.: Deputies stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Azalea Avenue and Glen Arbor Road and arrested him for driving under the influence of alcohol.
10:41 p.m.: A man was arrested when deputies found him walking down the middle of Highway 9. He was arrested after the deputies determined he was under the influence of drugs and found that he was in possession of two concealed fixed-blade knives.
8 p.m.: A resident of the 200 block of Ada Avenue in Felton reported that someone had taken his wallet from inside an unlocked vehicle and had used his credit cards at several convenience stores before he was able to cancel them.
6 p.m.: Jewelry, watches, purses and other items valued at about $12,000 were reported stolen when the gift shop of a business on the 9500 block of Highway 9 in Ben Lomond was burglarized.

2:54 p.m.: A restaurant on the 90 block of Mount Hermon Road reported that a restroom had been vandalized with a marker.
1:55 p.m.: A resident of Grace Way reported that his neighbor, with whom he had an ongoing feud, was riding his motorcycle up and down the street at high speed and cursing at the caller’s young grandchildren.
2:05 p.m.: A restaurant on the 5000 block of Scotts Valley Drive reported that a man had entered the building demanding a refund for what he claimed was a bad hot dog he had purchased on Halloween. Though he had no receipt, he was given a refund, but the restaurant owner later learned from another restaurateur that the same man had solicited a refund for the same reason there, too. The owner filed a police report, believing that the man was taking advantage of local businesses by soliciting refunds for items he had not purchased.
1:11 p.m.: A restaurant owner on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road reported that a man and a woman might be living inside an electrical closet behind the store. Officers arrived and arrested a 19-year-old woman at the scene. The man mentioned by the restaurant owner was not found.
1:08 p.m.: A 16-year-old girl was arrested for shoplifting from a store on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road, where loss-prevention workers reported that she had stolen makeup.
