A winter storm that struck Santa Cruz County on Sunday night has continued through Tuesday, causing disruptions on main thoroufares in the San Lorenzo Valley and Bonny Doon. Various power-outages have also occured throughout the valley.

**Alba Road in Ben Lomond is clear.
**10:55 a.m. A tree fell on wires on Fall Creek Drive in Felton.
**Highway 9 just past Glen Arbor Road in BEN LOMOND is completely blocked with trees and wires down. Traffic is being diverted on Glen Arbor Road to and from Ben Lomond.
**Waldenberg Road in BEN LOMOND is closed.
**Felton Empire Road en route to and from BONNY DOON is closed with trees down accross the roadway.
**Power is out in much of the San Lorenzo Valley. In FELTON, between 50-499 customers are out of power according to PG&E. In BOULDER CREEK, between 499-5,000 customers are out of power. In SCOTTS VALLEY, between 50-499 customers are out of power.
**A tree fell accross Highway 9 at El Solyo Heights on Tuesday morning, shutting the road for several hours while work crews scrambled to cut it into pieces. Currently, Highway Patrol Officers are conducing one-way traffic control at the location, letting groups of cars through while PG&E works on the damaged power lines.
**San Lorenzo Valley Schools were cancelled this morning due to power outages.
