Local educators earn kudos
Two San Lorenzo Valley educators were honored by the Association of California School Administrators this week.
Boulder Creek Elementary School’s Lynn Chappell was named Elementary School Principal of the Year, and the district’s Laurie Marcellin was honored as Curriculum and Instruction Administrator of the Year.
Felton student on dean’s list
Scarlett Sheldon of Felton, earned a 3.75 grade-point average or better for the winter quarter of this year as an undergraduate at University of California, Santa Barbara, and was named to the dean’s list. Sheldon is studying global studies.
