• A woman on probation was found with alcohol and showed signs of intoxication at 10:07 a.m. on Highway 9 at Mountain in Boulder Creek.

• Officers were dispatched after reports of a burglary at 9:30 a.m. on the 300 block of Hillview Drive in Felton. No items appeared to be missing.

• A boy reported that he was struck by his father, who was arrested for corporal injury to a child at 5:30 p.m. in eastern Scotts Valley. Child Protective Services was notified.

• Someone broke the rear windows of two vehicles with cinder blocks at 10 p.m. on the 300 block of King’s Village Road.
May 6
• A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stealing from K-mart at 2:25 p.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road.
• Two teenagers got into a fight on school grounds at 12:58 p.m. on the 500 block of Glenwood Drive.
May 5
• A restaurant owner was given a counterfeit $100 bill by a customer and didn’t realize it was a phony until the next day at 6:35 p.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road.
• An 18-year-old was found with brass knuckles at 1:53 p.m. on the 400 block of Whispering Pines Drive.
May 4
• Someone vandalized the Scotts Valley Center sign at 5 p.m. on the 5100 block of Scotts Valley Drive. Damage was estimated to cost $4,300.
• A Scotts Valley High School student was found with marijuana at 11:18 a.m. on the 500 block of Glenwood Drive. The student was arrested, cited and released to a parent.
