Bank hires new assistant VP
Comerica Bank recently hired Martine Jones as assistant vice president and banking center manager of the Scotts Valley branch, 228 Mount Hermon Road.
Jones had been a district manager for JPMorgan Chase in Phoenix. She is fluent in French and has more than 11 years of experience in finance.
Girls art group starts up
Mary Mulligan and Denise Kiser Shaw have launched a summer-long art group in Felton.
The Girl Power Art Group will help girls ages 10 through 13 create positive images of themselves through art, song, movement and friendship. The group meets from 1:30 to 4 p.m. once a week on Mondays or Tuesdays. The next meetings will be Saturday, June 19, and Sunday, June 20.
The fee for a four-class session is $200.
