A fast food sandwich restaurant in Scotts Valley was robbed at gunpoint on Monday night by a man wearing blue jeans, a black sweatshirt and a baseball cap.
The suspect, a man approximately 30-years-old, stole cash and a sandwich from Subway in Scotts Valley at about 10:26 p.m. August 2.
Police said the man ordered a sandwich and rather than pay, pulled a handgun from his waistband and demanded money from the cash register.
The man then fled from the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and the sandwich.
Police have not identified the suspect and are asking for help to identify the suspect.
“We’re still following up on leads,” Lt. John Wilson said.
