U.S. Army Pfc. Harper H. Evans, son of Daja Evans of Scotts Valley, has completed combat training at Fort Jackson, in Columbia, S.C., with honors.
Robinson trained in Georgia
U.S. Army Pvt. Joshua R. Robinson, son of Loretta Pearce and a 2004 graduate of Highlands High School of Ben Lomond, has completed basic infantry training and advanced individual training at the Infantryman One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, in Columbus, Ga.
Craig competes nationally
Staff Sgt. Jonathan M. Craig, who has served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years, has participated in the Proud Shield II/Great Sword II competition across the country. His wife, Kathryn, moved from Bonny Doon to join him at Barksdale Air Force Base, in Bossier City, La.
