LETTER: Help out middle school

I was really sad to hear that Scotts Valley Middle School had to cancel its Rocktober Auction, due to low ticket sales. Our middle school struggles so much on the fundraising side, especially compared to the other three schools in the district. The Parent-Teacher Association won’t be able to give half of the support to the schools that it had planned on. Would you consider donating to the PTA there, anyway? This is not coming from SVMS, I’m just a past parent wishing they could raise their much-needed funds.
