**A woman living on the 100 block of Western Road in Felton reported that an unknown person had entered her home and might have taken her checkbooks and some jewelry.
Dec. 3
**A 69-year-old man was arrested on the 6100 block of Graham Hill Road in Felton after reportedly harassing customers. The man was unable to walk without help and was incoherent.

Nov. 28
**At 2:23 p.m., a 36-year-old man was stopped on the 100 block of Mount Hermon Road for a vehicle code violation. A records search found the man had a suspended license and a warrant, so he was cited and released.
Nov. 29
**At 6 p.m., a 69-year-old man reported that his backpack was stolen when he left it on a bench at the Metro station. He was arrested after officers found him to be intoxicated and a records search revealed a warrant for his arrest.
**At 2:05 p.m., officers took a report about the theft of bicycles from a storage shed on the 4800 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
**A man reported at 3 p.m. that his bicycle, valued at $10,000, had been stolen from the 5200 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
Nov. 30
**At 2:42 p.m., two people were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Kmart, 270 Mount Hermon Road. Both were cited and released.
**A report was taken for a damaged mirror on a parked vehicle on the 100 block of S. Navarra Drive.
**At 5:44 p.m., officers went to Kmart to check out a suspected shoplifter in custody. The person was found to be in possession of marijuana and prescription drugs and was cited and released.
Dec. 2
**A hit-and-run accident that caused minor damage to the victim’s vehicle was reported at 5:31 a.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road. The victim provided officers with the license plate of the other vehicle.
**At 7:34 a.m., a woman on the 100 block of Crescent Drive reported that someone had run a water hose through the rear door of her vehicle, left the water on all night and flooded the car, soaking the upholstery and carpets.
Dec. 3
**An 83-year-old man reported that his wallet and keys had been stolen from his nightstand while he was napping. Multiple searches of his apartment on the 100 block of Lockewood Lane failed to turn up the items, which were valued at $130.
**At 1:41 p.m., a 24-year-old woman was arrested on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road following an argument with a bicyclist. The woman had an outstanding warrant, and she was cited, given a court date and released.
**At 5:28 p.m., a 31-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested after reports of a fight behind a medical clinic on the 2900 block of El Rancho Drive. During the investigation, both people were found to have warrants and be on probation. Unidentified contraband was found in their vehicle.
**A woman reportedly slapped her mother’s boyfriend twice in the face, causing a small scratch, after they argued. The man told police he did not wish to press charges at 7:33 p.m. on Civic Center Drive.
Dec. 5
**A hit-and-run collision was reported at 2:15 p.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road. The victim couldn’t tell police anything about the other car.
