**A man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing after he reportedly entered a home on the 300 block of Huckleberry Lane in Boulder Creek and refused to leave.

**A woman reported that her car’s windshield had been smashed during the night on the 13000 block of Highway 9 in Boulder Creek.
**A woman was arrested on the 13000 block of Central Avenue in Boulder Creek for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

**Following reports of a car crash on southbound Highway 17, the driver was arrested by California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence at 3:42 a.m. The passenger was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

**Officers responded to the scene of a solo car crash on the 700 block of Cadillac Drive at 1:17 p.m. The people involved, a 55-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman, were arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving on a license suspended for DUI and giving officers false information.

**A report was filed after an unidentified young man made off with an estimated $46 in merchandise from the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road at 6:50 p.m.
**A 25-year-old woman was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on the 100 block of Baja Sol Court for drunk and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a hang-up 911 call and found the woman confrontational and intoxicated.

**A 25-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 11:36 p.m. after a traffic collision on the 100 block of Whispering Pines Drive. No one was hurt.

**A Scotts Valley Middle School student passed a counterfeit $20 at the campus snack bar. The fake was not found until two days later, when the money was counted.
**Some unidentified people passed a counterfeit $100 bill and tried to pass a second one on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road at 8:48 p.m.
**A person was arrested on a warrant, cited and released after being caught shoplifting on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road.
**A man reported being spat on after he refused to sell alcohol to someone and got into an argument on the 100 block of Hacienda Drive at 12:12 a.m.
Dec. 13
**A 44-year-old man was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on the 100 block of Mount Hermon Road on suspicion of driving on a suspended license and violating terms of his probation.
n A 33-year-old man was pulled over for violating the hands-free cell phone law at 4:19 p.m. Officers arrested the man when they found he had a warrant.
