Bocce season ends, summer season to start
The Scotts Valley Senior Center will conclude the Spring Bocce Ball League with a playoff tournament from 9 a.m. to noon June 17 at Skypark. Winning teams from the Monday through Thursday Senior Leagues will compete in the playoff to determine the overall champion for Spring. All who are interested are invited to watch the tournament.
Those older than 50 may sign up to join the seniors’ summer bocce games starting June 21.
Catalyst soccer camps to start
Soccer camps for boys and girls ages 4 to 14 will take place at Skypark from June 20 to 24 and August 1 through 5 and at Highlands Park in Ben Lomond from July 11 through 15.

Strong showing on all-league team for Scotts Valley lacrosse
The following Scotts Valley lacrosse players were awarded all league honors after winning a share of the title with the Aptos Mariners. The Falcons beat Aptos in the final game of the regular season (14-2), then lost to the Mariners in the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League tournament.
League MVP: Tre Braquet (Senior). Midfielder of the Year: Wesley Koenig (Junior). Attackman of the Year: Collin Corbella (Junior). Long-Stick Midfielder of the Year: Nic White (Senior). Co-Defensemen of the Year: Cole Deblock (Junior) and Scott Hunter (Junior).
