Sept. 1
Midnight: A man was arrested by deputies on the 13200 block of Highway 9 in Boulder Creek on suspicion of public drunkenness.
2:30 p.m.: A resident of the 11300 block of Alba Road in Ben Lomond reported that someone had damaged her parked vehicle while trying to break into it.
6:56 p.m.: A man was arrested by deputies for allegedly prowling behind a closed business on the 2900 block of El Rancho Drive in Scotts Valley.
Aug. 26
8 p.m.: A resident of the 9500 block of Mill Street in Ben Lomond reported that someone had put paint on her Winnebago.

Sept. 2
10:49 a.m.: A 30-year-old man was arrested on the 100 block of Arabian Way in connection with a stolen .357 Smith and Wesson revolver. Officers were unable to locate the gun, however, and are still searching for it.
11:10 a.m.: A TomTom global positioning system was reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 200 block of Sidesaddle Circle.
11:33 a.m.: A resident of the 200 block of Sidesaddle Circle reported that a BMX bike had been stolen from his property.
8:01 p.m.: Several buildings on the vacant site of Bethany University on Bethany Drive and Gaston Circle were reportedly broken into, with several doors kicked in and windows smashed. A 1990s-era dark grey Ford Taurus with out-of-state license plates was reportedly seen leaving the area.

9:12 p.m.: A resident of the Spring Lakes mobile home park reported that his checkbook and several old checks had been taken from inside his house while he and his wife were outside working.
Aug. 28
3:57 p.m.: A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness after officers received a call that a man with a bottle in a brown paper bag was drunk inside the post office on Kings Village Road.
8:36 p.m.: A report was taken after the owner of a business on Scotts Valley Drive caught several people trying to force open the door of the business. When the men saw the owner, they jumped into a silver four-door Volvo with a blue paper license plate reading “Los Altos Used Car.”.

3:23 p.m.: A resident of Disc Drive reported that her trailer was burglarized, and several items were reported stolen.
8:24 p.m.: Officers took a report after a clerk at Walgreens on Mount Hermon Road reported receiving a counterfeit bill.
