Lece McConnell

A celebration of life will be Sunday, Feb. 24, for former Boulder Creek resident Lece McConnell, who died of cancer Feb. 3 in Los Gatos. She was 54
Mrs. McConnell was known to family and friends as a warm, caring, strong and courageous person. Relatives said she would be remembered for the way she lived with style and grace, her smile and her carefree spirit.
She lived in Boulder Creek for 15 years.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Scowden of Los Gatos; and daughter, Tarah McConnell of San Jose.
A celebration of Mrs. McConnell’s life will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at Scopazzi’s Restaurant, 13300 Big Basin Way, in Boulder Creek.
