Ferole LeTarte (Hartje)

A spreading of the ashes ceremony will take place at a later date for Ferole LeTarte who died in Santa Cruz. She was 88.
Mrs. LeTarte was born in Boyne, Mich. She lived in Felton for 10 years and Ben Lomond for 10 years along with time in Santa Cruz, Paradise and Monterey.
Mrs. LeTarte enjoyed painting and dancing.
She is survived by sister, Josephine Hartje of Paradise; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, five nieces and nephews; children Douglas Hartje of Mesa, Ariz., Diane Rapoza of Ben Lomond, Robert Hartje of San Jose, Sherri Dolan of Mesa, and William Hartje of Port Orchard, Wash.
She is preceded in death by brothers William and Manny and parents Aimee (nee Townsend) and William LeTarte and a grandson.
