Feb. 11
12:54 a.m.: Deputies found a man sleeping inside his car, which was parked on the 6100 block of Highway 9 in Felton. The man was arrested and taken into custody after it was determined that he had a warrant out for him.
5:30 p.m.: A man was arrested on North Covered Bridge Road in Felton for public intoxication after he allegedly was yelling, acting belligerently, and running in and out of traffic.
Feb. 10
Midnight: A resident of the 1800 block of Weston Road in Scotts Valley reported that someone had broken the lock to her mailbox and stolen a package.
Midnight: A man was arrested at the intersection of Graham Hill Road and Highway 9 in Felton for public intoxication after he was reportedly seen yelling at pedestrians.
Feb. 5
Midnight: A resident of the 9400 block of Zayante Drive in Felton reported that someone had broken into his garage and stolen approximately $1,050 worth of items.

Feb. 18
10:43 a.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen from an auto shop on Scotts Valley Drive. The shop owner reported that it had been stolen sometime during the preceding week. He’d thought the vehicle’s owner had come to get it because he could not afford to have it fixed.
Feb. 17
4:06 a.m.: $30 in cash was reported stolen by a resident of a mobile home park on Scotts Valley Drive. The resident reported that someone had been in their home crawling on the floor, and had run for the front door when the resident woke up.
8:38 a.m.: A cell phone and a spotlight were reported stolen from inside an unlocked parked vehicle on Mount Hermon Road.
10:58 a.m.: A Santa Cruz resident noticed that both license plates had been stolen from her vehicle while she was at a business on Mount Hermon Road.
11:46 a.m.: An Apple iPad was reported stolen from inside an unlocked parked vehicle at a mobile home park on Whispering Pines Drive.
5:03 p.m.: A GPS device was reported stolen from inside an unlocked parked vehicle at a mobile home park on Mount Hermon Road.
8:50 p.m.: During a vehicle stop on southbound Highway 17 near the Mount Hermon Road exit, officers arrested a man for being a felon in possession of pepper spray and for having a handicapped placard registered to another person.
