Scotts Valley High School seniors Nadene Hart and Angela Silver were named co-Most Valuable Players of the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League for their performance during the 2013-14 season.
The duo became the highest scoring tandem in Scotts Valley High School history and led the Falcons to a 25-6 record including a berths in both the Central Coast Section Open Division Playoffs and the Division IV state tournament.
Their coach Jim Hart was voted as co-Coach of the Year in the SCCAL along with Randy Braga of St. Francis. Jim Hart installed a lethal full court press and an attacking offense that helped the Falcons to a perfect 12-0 record in the SCCAL.
