Majors Division
Dodgers 9, Rockies 5
Shay Monowitz doubled for the Dodgers in the first and the Dodgers threw out three runners to preserve the victory.
Chris Markey was 3-for-3 with a triple and RJ Kindred was hit by pitch and scored for the Rockies.
Minors Division
A’s 7, Blue Jays 6
Josh Purtscher was 2-for-3 and scored two runs for the A’s, one on a wild pitch to break a 5-5 tie. Matthew Parham gave them the lead with a sac fly to center. Purtscher pitched two innings for the save. The Jays’ Michael Kelly was 3-for-3 and scored twice. Andrew Gudnason had a double in the first.
Red Sox 12, Giants 5
For the Sox Micah Jewell and Jack Boynton each scored three runs; Lulu Mattingly went 3-for-3, Alex Crandall went 2-for-4 and scored twice and Ryan Hodge went 2-for-3. On the hill, Hodge struck out five and Jaden Hunter struck out six.
For the Giants Cody Coleman went 2-for-3 and scored twice and Sandy Monowitz reached twice and struck out three while Coleman struck out two on the mound.
Blue Jays 11, Tigers 6
Jays’ leadoff hitter Nathan Balducci walked three times and scored three runs. Brody Cusimano was hit by a pitch and had two singles and Joe Kearns crushed a second inning triple. The Tigers worked 11 walks, but stranded six of them. Nathan Davison had two walks, Connor Bisby walked three times but scored only once. David Kvamme had three walks and was stranded on third twice.
AA Division
Brewers 9, A’s 0
The Brewers’ Malakhi Higbee, Riley Mayo, Damian Dandridge, and Jaden Moyer used 86 pitches, a little help from coach pitch, and good defense at first base to shut out the A’s.
Higbee was 2 for 3 with a double and 2 runs and Ian Polland reached base both times up with a hit by pitch and a single in the third. The A’s two hits came from Ben Calden and Ryder Moore.
Red Sox 11, Giants 1
The Sox’ Kai Groleau had four hits and two runs and Nelson Riley was 3-for-3 with three runs while Cameron Gaither was 3-for-3. The Giants’ Nicolas Frey had two hits and scored their lone run when Josh Rudrow knocked him in with a single.
Angels 5, Brewers 0
Kevin Giannini and Carson Seeger and Billy Bowers closed it out as the Angels showed some force from the mound. Seeger had a bases-loaded single to lead the Angels.
Scotts Valley Little League
AAA Division
Cubs 15, Yankees 8
The Cubs were powered by Patrick Goodrich who went 2-for-2 with with three runs and two RBIs. Tyler Segal added a two-run single. Carter Zeip and Isaiah Fusari each collected three hits for the Yankees.
Cubs 12, Braves 10
Cub shortstop Cole Leonard turned two double plays and Gabe Spitzer had three hits. Leonard and Jeremy Goodrich both had two hits and Goodrich drove in the tying and winning runs in the top of the sixth.
The Braves were powered by Dash Finn, Carson Codiga, and Sendhur Suresh who each had three hits.
Cardinals 13, Yankees 3
Nicky Sutter was 4-for-4 with a double and four runs while tossing five innings with eight strikeouts for the win. Ian Eisenhut was 2-for-3 with a double and Rowan Zeszut collected two
RBI’s.
Majors Division
Nationals 8, Braves 0
National Tyler Costere went 2-for-3 with a walk and two singles, Tyler Rehnberg also went 2 for 3 with 2 singles, while Cameron Roberson had a double Pitchers Evan Foy had 4 strikeouts and closer Arthur Soto had 10 strikeouts.
For the Braves, Parmenter and Thorne both had doubles.
Nationals 5, White Sox 2
Tyler Rehnberg was 2-for-2 for the Nats, White Sox Angelo Segreto went 2-for-3 with a singl and double  including a single and double. Arthur Soto had nine strikeouts for the win.
Pirates 11, A’s 3
A’s Brody Affolter, Dylan Leonard, Anthony Petrini, Jackson Sutter and Patrick Sweeny had singles and Matt Wu had a two-run triple.
For the Pirates, Bryce Gunderson, Ashton Gandrup, Robbie Hall, David Foxx and Weber Stemm all had singles and Dillon Danner and Nick Endres had two hits.
Cubs 15 vs. Yankees 8
For the Cubs Patrick Goodrich was 2-for-2 with with three runs scored and two RBIs. Tyler Segal added a 2-run single late to secure the victory for the Cubs.
Carter Zeip and Isaiah Fusari each collected 3 hits for the Yankees.
Pirates 6, Tigers 3
Lucas Della, Ashton Gandrup, Robbie Hall and Weber Stemm had hits for the Pirates and Dillon Danner and Nick Endres each had two singles. Zane Fuller hit a single and a ground-rule double.
For the Tigers, Jostin Barber singled and Grant Aumann both two singled. Gabe Kieth and Abdoulaye Sow each doubled and Carson McElrone hit a two-run homer.
Padres 7, A’s 3
For Padres, Bryce Clark pitched a complete game with 12 strikeouts. Samuel McNeely, Davin Kiesby and Braden Wilson each had a hit and scored.
Brody Affolter had nine strikeouts in 4 ⅔ innings for the A’s and Patrick Sweeney finished the game, allowing only two hits.
