Constance Matz Ayers, 64, died May 8 at a San Francisco hospital due to chronic rejection of her lung implants. She was a resident of Boulder Creek for 30 years.
She was born in Albany, CA on Dec. 17, 1949.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years Karl Ayers, and many other friends and family.
She enjoyed the last nine years of her life due to the lung donation and transplant, said her husband, who added “I miss her greatly and always will.”
