Dear Editor,

Friends of Hospice thank all of those from the ScottsValley community for supporting the 32nd Oktoberfest at the Community Center on Sunday, Oct. 4th. It was an amazing event that included live and silent auctions, delicious German food, beer from Discretion Brewing and festive music.
This fun event helped to raise funds for Hospice of Santa Cruz County and the many valuable programs, such as grief counseling to kids in our local schools, the CampErin program, and for compassionate care for those facing end of life issues. We thank all who participated and contributed to a very pleasant afternoon.
