Enjoy the speaker, Don Scellato, CMC®, FIMC, President, Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) Northern California. He will be presenting some consulting business models worth considering.
This presentation describes a few business models that consultants should consider to grow their business and serve their clients well. Starting with the typical business model most of us employ, he will encourage looking at options that could strengthen your business and the businesses of your clients.
The presentation covers:

–       Variations of this model that could hurt us if they are deployed
–       Variations that could help us and our clients.
