5:37 a.m., Bethany Drive, credit card fraud — Charge was made on reporting party’s card that was unauthorized and bank wished for the reporting party to report it to local police. Fraudulent charge was attempted on RP’s credit card, which she has since cancelled. No financial loss sustained by party or bank.

Nov. 12

12:53 a.m. Safeway on Mt. Hermon Road, theft — Reporting party advised that her wallet was taken from her purse while she was shopping at. Reporting party currently home at 307 Hacienda Dr. RP already received a call from CitiBank advising the card was attempted to be used at Target for $1500, however the bank stopped the transaction.

Nov. 11

8:50 p.m., Heavenly Café, traffic stop — Officer initiated activity at Heavenly Cafe, Mt Hermon Rd, Traffic Stop. Investigating officer was traveling behind a red Volkswagen GL and observed the vehicle did not have a license plate light, a violation of 24601 CVC. Officer contacted the driver (SA). A records check of (SA) revealed he had a suspended index number for a prior D.U.I. (SA) was cited and released for 14601.2(a) CVC.

Nov. 10

5:41 p.m., Scotts Valley Drive at Erba Lane, driving under the influence — Officer responded to a report a possible DUI driver. Officer contacted a man who had just arrived home driving a small, dark grey Subaru and observed objective signs of intoxication. Officer placed the driver through field sobriety tests, in which he failed. The driver provided a breathalyzer sample in the field of .21 and .22. The officer transported the arrestee back to the office where he provided an EPAS sample of .21 and .19. He was then provided a citation and transported to the sobering center. A person is considered too impaired to drive at .08.
12:29 a.m., Silverwood Drive, Battery — Reporting party advised that her brother was in a fight with her boyfriend when the boyfriend confronted him about stealing items from his vehicle. Boyfriend was assaulted and bleeding from the mouth but declining medical attention. Officers were able to determine that a mutual combat situation had occurred, however none of the involved parties were available for a report.
00:04, Kmart on Mt. Hermon Road, traffic stop — Officer conducted a records check on a vehicle utilizing the in-car MDC. The records check revealed the vehicle’s registration was expired as of 2/18/2013. The vehicle however was displaying an orange 2018 tab. Officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver (SA). She advised that she had recently purchased the vehicle, but, she had knowledge of the false tab. A records check revealed her driver’s license was suspended with good service. She was cited and released.

Nov. 9

10:52 p.m., Crescent Court, domestic violence — Subject made threats to hurt the reporting party and family. Also made threats to strangle himself. Turned power off from the outside. Unknown if he is in his trailer. Reporting party advised that he was just released from the mental hospital. No known weapons. Off his medications. Has been drinking. Possibly using marijuana. Officer attempted contact with the reported family member, but he would not open the door to his trailer. In speaking with him he advised he was not suicidal and advised he did not want to harm himself. He was advised to remain in his trailer for the night, and advised to leave his family members alone.
