Nancy Cannell

Longtime Felton resident Nancy Cannell died Dec. 11 at her home with her husband, George Cannell, at her side. She was 64.
Mrs. Cannell was born in San Jose and married her husband in 1965, and the couple moved to Felton in 1970.
Relatives said they will miss her warm hospitality, “infamous” macaroni salads and ice cream sundaes with sprinkles on top.
Mrs. Cannell is survived by her husband, George Cannell of Felton; daughters, Jennifer Cannell of Truckee and Melissa Klus of Roseville; and many grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Cannell’s name may be sent to a cancer foundation of the donor’s choice.
