San Lorenzo Valley Water District (SLVWD) is inviting local residents to join its standing committees, with the deadline for applications now extended to Jan. 8.
SLVWD is currently seeking public members for several advisory committees, including the Administration Committee, Budget and Finance Committee, and the Engineering and Environmental Committee.
Committee members serve a one-year term beginning in January 2026, attending monthly meetings and reviewing materials ahead of time.
“Members of the public play a vital role in shaping the District, and your willingness to contribute time and effort is greatly appreciated,” said SLVWD officials.
Applicants must be residents of the San Lorenzo Valley and will serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors will review applications and announce selections at their meeting on Jan. 15.
