Santa Cruz Restaurant Week returns Oct. 21-28, offering diners eight nights to explore restaurants across Santa Cruz County through three-course, fixed-price dinner menus.

Presented by Good Times, a sister publication of the Press Banner, the annual event features participating restaurants offering menus at one of three price points: $45, $55 or $65, excluding tax, gratuity and beverages. Each menu includes three options each for appetizers, entrees and desserts, and restaurants will continue to offer their regular menus.

The event highlights the county’s food scene while giving chefs and restaurateurs an opportunity to showcase their creativity. It also encourages diners to try new restaurants or sample different dishes at familiar favorites.

A list of participating restaurants and menus is being updated at santacruzrestaurantweek.com and is expected to be complete by Oct. 21. A Restaurant Week guide with the full list of menus will also appear in the Oct. 21 issue of Good Times.

The website also features restaurant profiles, email alerts and reservation links. Daily gift certificate giveaways will take place on the Santa Cruz Restaurant Week Instagram page throughout the event.
