The founder and executive director of Save the Frogs, America’s only public charity dedicated to amphibian conservation, is on his way to the San Lorenzo Valley on Feb. 5.
Kerry Kriger, based in Santa Cruz, will give a presentation on frogs, featuring photos and details about the amphibians, at the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park Nature Center, 101 Big Trees Road, in Felton.
The free presentation is suitable for all ages. Entry to the park is $10 per vehicle.
Kriger’s talk will be hosted by the Mountain Parks Foundation and the Environmental Committee of the Valley Women’s Club.
