Men’s soccer
Joel Pelton scored all three goals in the 3-0 win over Cal State Maritime on Oct. 20. Pelton was again the only one to score in the 4-1 loss to Holy Names on Oct. 23. He is third in the nation in scoring with 16.
The men’s team has a 5-5 record in conference, 7-5 overall, good for third in the California Pacific Conference. Three games remain in conference play.
The men’s soccer team will play Friday, Oct. 29, at Pacific Union College, followed by a home game against William Jessup at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3.
Women’s soccer
The women’s soccer team lost, 5-0, to first place Holy Names on Oct. 23.
The Bruins are in fifth place of six teams and have lost their six most recent games. Two games remain in conference play before playoffs.
Their next game will be Wednesday at William Jessup University.
Women’s volleyball
Volleyball fell to first place Holy Names in three games on Oct. 22 before a home match the following day, when the team beat Menlo in three.
Bethany (12-9, 5-4 Cal Pac) is fourth of seven teams in the conference with four matches remaining.
The Bruins played at Pacific Union on Thursday, Oct. 28, and will travel to William Jessup on Saturday, Oct. 30.
Cross country
The team will participate in Pre-Conference Time Trials on Friday, Oct 29, and then compete in the California Pacific Conference Championship Meet a week later, Nov. 5.
