New art exhibition in Ben Lomond
“The Gift of Art,” a new art show, is now open at the Santa Cruz Mountains Art Center, 9341 Mill St., in Ben Lomond.
A selection of handmade local artwork is priced for gift-giving. The gallery will be open from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays.
People are welcome to attend an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1.

Bruno’s set to move
Bruno’s Barbecue is scheduled to open its doors at a new address Friday, Oct. 1.
The Scotts Valley barbecue joint will move across the street to 230 Mount Hermon Road, Ste G. The new storefront is behind Nob Hill Foods at the former site of In Vino Veritas, which closed last year.
