Tech company retains law firm
VirnetX Holding Corp., a Scotts Valley-based Internet security software and technology company, has announced that it will retain law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as its outside corporate counsel.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati provides legal services to technology, life sciences and growth enterprises.
VirnetX won a $200 million settlement from Microsoft in May over two patent infringement matters.
Financial planner attends conference
