Colly’s fan — Ronaele Findley

Dear editor,
I’ve wanted to write about Colly Gruczelac’s columns. They’re so interesting, a little bit of her background and great recipes. I’m disabled and cannot cook or bake the way I used to. She had a recipe for Peach Pie in a recent column. I thought, “I think I might be able to do that!” But, I had a question and emailed her. She was so gracious, so warm — you know, the kind of people we don’t run across often anymore. I told her I appreciate her, but thought you should know, too.
