Karin and Stephen Meyer renewed their wedding vows to celebrate 40 years of marriage at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Boulder Creek on February 9. Father Robert Murrin renewed their vows.
The couple was married February 16, 1974 at Nativity Catholic Church in Torrance. They moved from San Jose in 1994 and built a house in Boulder Creek.
The couple has four daughters, three of who are San Lorenzo Valley High School alumni. Lara Triona lives in Felton, Melanie Myers and Julianne Meyer live in San Jose, and Stephanie Meyer lives in Denver, Colo. Karin’s sister Patti Clinkenbeard lives in Ben Lomond.
The Meyer’s have several grandchildren: Louis, 16, and Della Myers, 2, Alyssa, 8, and Corin Triona, 3, and a nephew.
Karin is a retired teacher and Stephen is a retired communications technician.
