6:18 p.m. At the CivicCenter, a 39-year old male was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

10:22 a.m. At Felton Faire, a 21-year old male was arrested for felony of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
October 4
12:00 a.m. At Hwy 17 near Santa’s Village, a 47-year old male was arrested on an outside warrant for a misdemeanor.
October 5
12:04 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive, a 47-year old female was arrested on an outside warrant for a misdemeanor.
8:37 p.m. At Mt. Hermon Rd. & La Madrona Dr., a 68-year old male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without prescription; possession of unlawful paraphernalia; driving with a suspended license for DUI, and false vehicle registration.
10:37 p.m. At Whispering Pines Dr. & Pine Cone Dr., a 36-year old male was arrested for driving with a suspended registration, and refusing a chemical test.
October 6
1:02 a.m. At 200 block of Mt. Hermon Rd., a 29-year old male was arrested for a misdemeanor; and possession of possible narcotic controlled substance.

9:43 a.m. In Felton, a male and female stopped in a vehicle after a domestic dispute. The male was taken into custody by Scotts Valley Police Department.
October 2
1:54 p.m. 1000 block of Graham Hill Rd., a person struck a victim with a baseball bat during an argument.
6:10 p.m. In ScottsValley, a suspect on probation and under influence of a controlled substance was arrested.
October 3
10:45 a.m. At 100 block of Madrone Ave, Ben Lomond, a male hit his older brother with a wine bottle during an altercation over recycling items  and was arrested.
4:43 p.m. On the 10000 block of Lorenzo Ave., Boulder Creek, a fire was intentionally started on the side of a residence. An officer collected latent fingerprints off potential items used to ignite flame.
1:25 p.m. On Lake Boulevard, Lompico, domestic disturbance by female on male. Warrant was requested.
October 4
7:14 a.m. At La Madrona Dr., ScottsValley, subject arrested for resisting arrest; citation issued for drug violations.
6:06 p.m. In Felton, subject arrested under the influence and in possession of a stimulant and drug paraphernalia.
7:08 p.m. On Ridge Rd., Ben Lomond, subject was intoxicated and tried to attack his father, made suicidal statements.
October 5
7:48 a.m. HenryCowellState Park, subject arrested for possession of an assault rifle.
12:00 p.m. On the 6000 block of Graham Hill Rd., Felton, citizen turned in a shotgun for destruction.
10:22 p.m. In Felton, subject found intoxicated and unable to care for self.
October 6
11:46 p.m. On Mt. Hermon Rd., ScottsValley, Subject’s vehicle registration did not match the vehicle; registration expired 2012.
7:31 a.m. On 3400 block of Pasatiempo Way, ScottsValley, subject in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
8:13 a.m. On Pasatiempo Way, ScottsValley, subject arrested for five confirmed warrants.
8:58 a.m. On the 500 block of Marion, Felton, victim allowed access to his computer in India. Computer fraud, $350 charged to his account.
5:16 p.m. In Boulder Creek, subject assaulted female. Subject cited and released at the scene.
