**2:12 a.m.: Firefighters from Boulder Creek and Ben Lomond responded to fire at a home at 16059 King Creek Road in Boulder Creek. The fire started outside the house next to the front door and was nearly extinguished with hoses by the residents by the time firefighters arrived. One firefighter turned an ankle.

**5:15 p.m.: Firefighters extinguished a fire in a barn on the 6000 block of Bonny Doon Road.

Aug. 13
**6:30 p.m.: A vehicle on the 16900 block of Highway 236 in Boulder Creek was reported to be damaged. The cost of the damage was estimated to be roughly $10,000.
Aug. 12
**2:46 p.m.: A man was driving at the intersection of Lomond Street and Junction Avenue in Boulder Creek when deputies spotted him and recognized him as having a suspended license. He was arrested and booked.

**7 p.m.: An unlocked vehicle was reportedly burglarized on the 200 block of Tan Oak Lane in Scotts Valley.
Aug. 10
**11:30 a.m.: A burglary was reported at a home on the 15200 block of Two Bar Road in Boulder Creek after someone entered through a pried-open basement door. It was unclear whether anything had been stolen.
**4:45 p.m.: A burglary was reported at the Redwood Camp facilities on the 6400 block of East Zayante Road in Felton.

**5 p.m.: A man was reported as missing from a group home on the 6900 block of Rose Acres Lane in Felton. A search was conducted, but the man, who required regular medication, was not found.

**2:06 a.m.: A man was taken into protective custody after he was found on a front porch of a home on the 100 block of Carriage Lane. The man was intoxicated and had reportedly been involved in a physical fight.

**9:44 p.m.: A 39-year-old man was arrested near a gas station on the 100 block of Mount Hermon Road after a fight with his girlfriend in which he reportedly shoved her into a parked vehicle.
Aug. 9
**9:29 a.m.: During a traffic stop for a broken brake light on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road, a 60-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
**11:36 a.m.: During a vehicle stop for an expired registration, a 53-year-old man was arrested on northbound Highway 17 near the El Rancho Drive exit on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. His license was suspended because of a previous DUI incident
**5:28 p.m.: A 25-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, with a suspended license and while on probation for a previous DUI on the 500 block of Bean Creek Road.
