Sept. 25
**The Scotts Valley Skate Park was closed for 72 hours after someone used spray paint and other marking tools to deface the park.
Sept. 23
**A truant student was found at 1:36 p.m. with tobacco products and paraphernalia on the 100 block of Azalea Lane. The student was taken back to school by officers and released to school officials.
Sept. 22
**A 40-year-old man on probation was arrested for violating his probation at 7:38 p.m. on the 4500 block of Scotts Valley Drive after he was found with drug paraphernalia in his vehicle. He also provided a urine sample that tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamine.
**Police were unable to apprehend a 33-year-old man who was said to have purposely destroyed his brother’s windshield and then fled by vehicle at 1:15 a.m. on the 100 block of Purple Hills Court. The man’s license had been revoked several times, and his actions violated his probation in Alameda County.
Sept. 21
**Someone stole a 53-year-old man’s vehicle from his driveway at 5:30 a.m. on the 500 block of Estrella Drive.
**A man sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle parked in front of a fire hydrant at 11:29 p.m. was arrested and released with a misdemeanor citation after he was found to be wanted on two warrants. The vehicle was parked at Scotts Valley Drive and Bean Creek Road.
Sept. 19
**Someone broke into a couple’s home on the 100 block of Baja Sol Court at 8 a.m. and stole things from inside. Police determined that the burglary likely had been interrupted, because some items were left behind.
**A man approached a woman at 10:25 a.m. on the 3400 block of Glen Canyon Road and began to masturbate in front of her.

Sept. 23
**A 49-year-old woman from Santa Cruz was arrested at midnight on Laurel Street in Felton, reportedly under the influence of a controlled substance and with drug paraphernalia. She also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
Sept. 20
**A 43-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he was contacted at 1:50 a.m. during a trespassing investigation on Willowbrook Drive in Ben Lomond.
**A 32-year-old woman from Scotts Valley was arrested after a car stop at 4:43 p.m. on Mount Hermon Road at Highway 17 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and having drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 26
**A 36-year-old Boulder Creek man was arrested on suspicion of loitering in a public place with the intent to commit drug activity at 5:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Laurel Street in Santa Cruz. The man was in a Toyota 4-Runner with a 61-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of having methamphetamine, marijuana, drug packaging materials and a sickle in his vehicle.
