**A 30-year-old man from Sacramento was arrested on Highway 17 at El Rancho Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence after he was found driving at 12:55 a.m. without headlights on. The man admitted to consuming alcohol and showed signs of intoxication.
**A 58-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of drunkenness and disorderly conduct at midnight on the 13200 block of Highway 9 in Boulder Creek.

**A 40-year-old man found sleeping in the bushes in a yard on Love Creek Road in Ben Lomond was arrested at midnight on suspicion of drunken and disorderly conduct.

**Someone kicked in the front door of a home on the 2000 block of Gold Gulch Road in Felton at 10 a.m. and took jewelry and a small flat-screen TV. A neighbor saw a silver Volkswagen Jetta backed into the driveway with its trunk open during the time of the burglary.
**A 31-year-old Boulder Creek man was arrested after a fight with a 15-year-old boy at 3 p.m. on Middleton Avenue in Boulder Creek.

**A 32-year-old man was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive near Acorn Court after he was stopped for driving at an unsafe speed and showed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

**A 19-year-old man was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Country Lane after it was reported that he might be driving under the influence. When he was stopped, he showed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests, and he was booked into Santa Cruz County jail.

**At 10:28 a.m. on the 500 block of Skypark Drive, a brother and sister argued over the keys to one of the family’s vehicles. The sister refused to give the keys to the brother, who pushed her onto the bed and held her down briefly while she struggled to push him away. She did not wish to press charges.
**A 49-year-old woman on the 200 block of Southwood Drive found at 5:36 p.m. that someone had used her account to make fraudulent charges.
**An intoxicated 52-year-old man was arrested after he refused to leave a fast-food restaurant on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road at 8:36 p.m.

**A 64-year-old man did not follow an emergency vehicle’s direction to move into the adjacent lane of traffic and was arrested at 11:38 p.m. at the corner of Flora Lane and Mount Hermon Road after reportedly showing signs of intoxication and failing field sobriety tests.

**Someone took a tip jar off the front counter of a business on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road and ran off at 7:50 p.m.
Sept. 27
**A 41-year-old man without a license was arrested and his vehicle was towed after officers found that his blood alcohol content was 0.210 percent during a traffic stop at 11:52 p.m. at the corner of Mount Hermon Road and Scotts Valley Drive.
Sept. 26
**Two men got into a fight behind a grocery store on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road at 4:01 p.m. Neither man wished to pursue charges against the other.
