**Midnight: Police spoke with man and a woman inside a vehicle at a turnout near the Summit Road exit on Highway 17. They were both suspected of being under the influence of drugs. One was arrested on an out-of-county warrant, and the other was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
**Midnight: A man on active probation was arrested on Hazel Avenue in Boulder Creek after it was determined he was wanted on an out-of-county warrant. Drug paraphernalia was also found on his property during a search, according to reports.

**8:35 a.m.: A man on the 5900 block of Highway 9 in Felton was arrested on a warrant.
Oct. 18
**4:33 p.m.: A woman reportedly entered Liberty Bank branch in Boulder Creek, 13233 Highway 9, and informed the teller she was there to rob the bank, claiming she had a gun. She left without any money, and deputies found and arrested her outside the bank. She had no weapons.
**6:30 p.m.: A man was arrested in front of his home on the 7700 block of Highway 9 in Ben Lomond for suspected public intoxication.

Oct. 21
**1:37 a.m.: A central Scotts Valley resident was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after reportedly striking someone who lives at the same address with a lamp during a fight.
**3:45 p.m.: During a vehicle stop on the 200 block of Bean Creek Road, a 33-year-old man was arrested and released with a court date for driving while his license was suspended. His vehicle was not towed, because he was stopped near home.
**5:30 p.m.: A 56-year-old man was cited on suspicion of domestic battery and then released after officers responded to a disturbance call on the 200 block of Bean Creek Road.

**3:19 a.m.: A vehicle was reported as stolen from the front parking lot of a hotel on the 6000 block of La Madrona Drive. All keys were accounted for by the owner.
Oct. 18
**1:47 p.m.: A resident of the 400 block of Airstream Court reported that someone had rummaged through her car Oct. 17, and a credit card was stolen.
**9:27 p.m.: A 47-year-old woman was cited for a violation of the city’s camping ordinance on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road. She was released.
Oct. 17
**6:02 p.m.: A 24-year-old man was arrested and released with a court date after he left a store on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road with stolen merchandise concealed on his person.
**7:50 p.m.: Two young men, ages 18 and 19, and a younger teenager were arrested on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road after a store’s loss prevention staff saw them concealing merchandise. All three suspects were found in possession of the stolen merchandise, officers reported, and one had metal knuckles.
