Feb. 1
Midnight: Deputies arrested a man at a park on the 13200 block of Middleton Drive and booked him into the Santa Cruz County Jail for public drunkenness.
Midnight: Deputies stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 9 and Main Street in Ben Lomond after they spotted the driver passing another vehicle in an unsafe manner. A California Highway Patrol officer was called to the scene and arrested the female driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.

3:26 p.m.: A woman was arrested for public drunkenness on the 6200 block of Graham Hill Road in Felton.
Jan. 25
5 a.m.: A resident of the 7900 block of Highway 9 in Felton reported that someone had burglarized his residence while he was on vacation and had stolen various items valued at an estimated $1,780.
Jan. 22
7 p.m.: A resident of the 1500 block of Graham Hill Road reported that her vehicle engine had been vandalized, causing an estimated $1,000 in damage.

Feb. 5
1:48 p.m.: A man was arrested at a pharmacy on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road after the department received a tip that someone might try to pass a fraudulent prescription.
Feb. 4
8:49 a.m.: A resident of Carriage Lane reported that a coat had been stolen from inside her parked vehicle, which was unlocked. Sunglasses and other items were reportedly thrown around inside the vehicle, but not stolen.
3:13 p.m.: Employees of a business on Disc Drive reported finding that stolen items belonging to the company were being offered for sale on Craigslist. The seller met with officers in an attempt to sell the items and was arrested for possession of stolen property.
4:41 p.m.: A vehicle was reportedly vandalized while parked at a repair shop on Scotts Valley Drive. According to reports, an incendiary device — possible a firecracker — melted a windshield wiper blade and cracked the windshield glass.
Feb. 3
7:46 p.m.: A man was arrested in central Scotts Valley and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail in Santa Cruz after he allegedly struck and injured his girlfriend, with whom he has a child.
Feb. 1
1:09 p.m.: A woman reported that she had left property valued at about $8,000 unattended in two shopping carts in front of a business on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road. Both carts were gone when she returned 25 minutes later.
11:05 p.m.: A resident of Deerfield Drive reported that someone had taken a bicycle from inside an unlocked garage.

3:58 p.m.: A woman was arrested for public drunkenness by officers who spotted her lying on a retaining wall near the ball fields on the Scotts Valley Middle School campus, 8 Bean Creek Road.
7:46 p.m.: A man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol by officers who found him unresponsive inside a car that was stalled in the intersection of South Navarra Drive and Granite Creek Road.

Midnight: Officers arrested a 20-year-old woman on Lovers Lane near Bear Creek Road in Boulder Creek for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
