Midnight: A man was spotted walking on the 500 block on Carrol Avenue in Ben
Lomond whom deputies recognized as having an outstanding felony warrant. He ran
away before he could be taken into custody and a woman who was with him was
arrested, cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia.
May 11
Midnight: A woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol on the 200
block of Memory Lane in Boulder Creek following a traffic accident.
May 10
10:30 p.m.: An unlocked vehicle was reportedly burglarized while parked on the 13100
block of Railroad Avenue in Boulder Creek.
May 9
9:42 a.m.: Deputies arrested a man on the 15700 block of King Creek Road in Boulder
Creek for an outstanding felony warrant.
10:26 p.m.: A man was arrested for violating the terms of his probation after deputies
found him with a knife and drug paraphernalia on East Zayante Road in Felton.
May 8
3:45 p.m.: A woman reported that someone had thrown two rocks at her while she was
sitting in her car on the 13300 block of West Park Avenue in Boulder Creek. One of the
rocks reportedly struck the vehicle, causing an estimated $600 in damage.
5:43 p.m.: Two men were arrested at the intersection of Highway 9 and Forest Street
in Boulder Creek while driving a stolen vehicle. One of the men was found to be in
possession of credit cards that had been reported stolen from a separate vehicle burglary
the previous night.
May 6
Midnight: A parked and unlocked vehicle on the 13500 block of Bear Creek Road in
Boulder Creek was reportedly burglarized and several items were taken.

May 7
8:50 p.m.: Officers responded to a report that a vehicle had struck a tree near the
intersection of Soquel-San Jose and Olive Springs roads in the Summit Road area. Upon
arrival, a 1988 BMW 325 was found abandoned at the scene. A short time later, officers
received a call from Dominican Hospital reporting that the driver of the abandoned
vehicle had just left the emergency room. The driver, a 23-year-old man, was arrested
at the intersection of Thurber Lane and Soquel Drive after failing a sobriety test. The
man’s description and that of the vehicle he was driving match reports from Bonny Doon
residents of a vehicle seen driving recklessly and racing on Smith Grade Road.
