12:06 a.m.: A man was arrested in Brookdale after he allegedly struck his cohabiting girlfriend and shoved her to the ground during a dispute. He was booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail.
 
Sept. 27
 
12:11 a.m.: A man was arrested at the intersection of East and West Zayante roads in Felton for driving under the influence of alcohol after his vehicle was pulled over for vehicle code violations.
 
Sept. 26
 
11:50 a.m.: A man was arrested on the 100 block of East Grove Street in Boulder Creek after deputies determined he had an arrest warrant out for him.
 
Sept. 23
 
10:35 p.m.: Deputies contacted two men inside a vehicle on Covered Bridge Road in Felton and arrested one, the vehicle’s owner, after it was determined that he had an arrest warrant out for him.
 
Sept. 20
 
5 p.m.: Approximately 1,000 feet of phone cable was reported stolen from inside a maintenance yard on the 5700 block of Graham Hill Road in Felton.

Sept. 30
2:24 p.m.: Officers arrested a documented gang member at a gas station on Scotts Valley Drive after it was determined he had been driving with a suspended license.
 
Sept. 29
2:06 a.m.: A man was arrested on Hacienda Drive for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol after officers received a report of a heavily intoxicated person attempting, to enter a store but was too intoxicated to open the door.
 
8 p.m.: A lost wallet was turned in at a business on Mount Hermon Road after the owner lost it. The owner reported that cash was missing from inside the wallet.
Sept. 28
11:53 a.m.: A resident of Silverwood Drive reported that someone had stolen passports, paperwork, a laptop, and jewelry.
Sept. 27
A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested in connection to a Sept. 24 vegetation fire that started near the baseball field of the former Bethany University.
According to a press release, the teen reported the fire to his mother, who called 911. The teen initially claimed to have seen a man leaving the scene.
The next day, however, the principal at a Scotts Valley school reported to police that a student had come forward and alleged that the teen was boasting about starting the fire himself.
Officers contacted the teen, who admitted to starting the fire. The teen was arrested for suspected arson and released to parental custody.
10:23 a.m.: Methadone, morphine and a hydro-type drug for blood pressure were reported stolen from a residence on Bean Creek Road
