11:44 p.m.: A suspect was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol near Malones Grande Grille on Scotts Valley Drive in Scotts Valley.

2:20 a.m.: Two cases of drinking water were reported stolen from the CVS Pharmacy on Mount Hermon Road in Scotts Valley. The subjects were arrested and released.

6:41 p.m.: It was reported that about $5,000 worth of electronics and jewelry were stolen from a residence on Casa Way in Scotts Valley.
