n An unidentified man, described as in his late 20s with short brown hair and a goatee, wearing a black T-shirt and pants and driving a small white SUV, pulled over on the 5000 block of Scotts Valley Drive and asked two teenage girls for directions before exposing himself to them.

**A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being too drunk to take care of himself at 11:59 p.m. on the 4500 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
** A 25-year-old man was spotted staggering in a driveway and was arrested on suspicion of being too intoxicated to take care of himself at 11:35 p.m. at the corner of Mount Hermon Road and Graham Hill Road.

**A 45-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting was also found with a meth pipe, according to police, at
