**Someone fraudulently used a 22-year-old man’s Social Security number at 12:54 p.m. on the 500 block of Mount Hermon Road.
**Multiple tools were stolen from a city yard at 4:10 a.m. on the 700 block of Lundy Lane.

n A 26-year-old man was found with an open alcohol container inside his car at 3:50 p.m. on the 5300 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
