**A man broke into a business through the window and ate a burrito at 2:21 a.m. on the 9500 block of Highway 9 in Ben Lomond. The man fled after the owner chased him, but he was recorded by an indoor security camera. He was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary.
**A man struck his father in the head with a hard plastic mop and was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon at midnight on the 300 block of Riverside Avenue in Ben Lomond.

A woman resisted deputies while being taken into custody for a warrant at 8:30 a.m. on the 11200 block of Highway 9 in Brookdale.

Sept. 12
A drunken man was found sitting in a gutter on the corner of Scotts Valley and Civic Center drives at 2 a.m. He was booked into county jail on suspicion of being too intoxicated to care for himself.

A man was taken into custody on suspicion of possessing stolen property at 11:27 a.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road.
Sept. 10
A 39-year-old man was contacted at 10:12 p.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road during an investigation of a possible argument and was found to have a warrant for his arrest.
Sept. 7
A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being too drunk to care for herself at 10:25 p.m. on the first block of Granite Creek Road.

Sept. 15
A 27-year-old Boulder Creek man was allegedly driving drunk when he crashed into a power pole on Highway 9 near Middle Drive in Ben Lomond at 7:50 a.m. The crash shut down the road until 7:30 p.m., and some motorists avoided the crash by taking Jamison Creek Road and Empire Grade Road. The man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and booked into county jail.
