**A man was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated in public at midnight on the 5900 block of Highway 9 in Felton.

**A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:37 a.m. on Mount Hermon Road, north of Graham Hill Road, in Felton. Her car had been spotted swerving over the painted lines with a burnt-out headlight.

**A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing illegal weapons and violating probation in a parking lot on the 6100 block of Highway 9 in Felton at 1:35 p.m. after deputies found him sitting in his car with brass knuckles and several open bottles of hard liquor.

**A resident of the 400 block of Whispering Pines Drive reported that $250 worth of property was stolen from the resident’s driveway while it was unpacked between 9:15 a.m. and 10 p.m.

**A woman was taken into custody on suspicion of public intoxication at 10:55 p.m. after officers found her sitting in a driveway on the 100 block of Bean Creek Road.
**A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 12:13 a.m. in front of a liquor store on the 4700 block of Scotts Valley Drive.

**A 58-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road at 3:25 p.m.
**A 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after she failed a field sobriety test at 2:31 a.m. on the 100 block of Bean Creek Road.
**A 46-year-old woman was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road when officers discovered she had an outstanding warrant.

**A high school student reported the theft of his wallet, containing $88, from his locker at the high school gym on the 500 block Glenwood Drive between 10:30 a.m. and 3:26 p.m.

**A woman reported the theft of her purse from her unlocked vehicle on the 100 block of Meadow Way at 4:39 p.m. Her Shell credit card was later used to make fraudulent purchases in another city.
**A woman reported the theft of a Kindle e-reader from a backpack that had been left in front of a classroom at Scotts Valley Middle School between 10:30 a.m. Jan. 4 and 8:43 a.m. Jan. 5.

**A 28-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and paraphernalia at 1:54 a.m. on the 4700 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
